Refund policy

We want you to love TRB#001. If it isn't right, you can return it.

14-day right of withdrawal. Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, for any reason and without justification.

Condition. Items must be unworn and undamaged, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags attached. Please try footwear on indoors, on a clean surface.

How to return. Email hello@therandombazaar.com with your order number and we'll send instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Return shipping. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility: a flat €6.95 applies (deducted from your refund or paid via the return label). Return shipping is free only when the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days. Your original delivery charge is refunded for withdrawals (standard-delivery equivalent); it is not refunded for faulty/incorrect items because those are already free to return.

Faulty or incorrect items. Inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged or wrong — we'll make it right at no cost to you.
